Bottling History:

In 1995 Mango Bottling, Inc. began helping brands that needed a specialized bottler for 50ml brands that were already successful in the market. The 50ml package was largely considered a "promotional" item but, because of Mango Bottling's efficiency at that size, the 50ml is no longer considered a cost but also a marketing tool with positive cash flow. Since then, Mango has invested further into its contract bottling machinery fleet. With the addition of ROPP and KERR cappers, along with a diversified fleet of labelers and filler heads, Mango has the capabilities of producing many of the traditional package styles and sizes seen in the market today.

 

Value Proposition:

We at Mango Bottling, Inc. have worked to fill a specialized need in the beverage industry. Many large companies and medium sized bottlers have significant minimum order requirements, which could prove cost prohibitive for certain brands. Also, there are costs and set-up fees associated with on-boarding new projects. While those fees cannot be totally avoided, Mango Bottling has succeeded in bringing minimum runs, tooling charges, and set-up fees to a manageable level. Mango Bottling works with new and established brands to satisfy small and large quantity requirements in all sizes of spirit and wine-based products.

 

Since the implementation of the CBMA (Craft Beverage Modernization Act 2017), Mango has been able to provide cost savings opportunities for those that qualify. The reduction in Federal Excise Tax allows for “smaller brands” to be competitive in the marketplace. Mango strives to provide a cost-effective, quality of service experience for all its customers.

 

Innovation:

In 2023 Mango Bottling, partnering with EcoSpirits Global, pioneered the first circularity method of bottling within the United States. This venture tackles the problem of single use glass in the global spirits and wine industry, eliminating most of the packaging waste in the supply chain. Since our launch, we’ve successfully completed major brand pilot programs within the cruise line industry and expect this endeavor to continuously grow as it becomes more mainstream.
